Location: Office-based at Arden Square office in Crewe, Cheshire, United Kingdom, Monday to Friday

What you will do

• Administer all aspects of the Salesforce system.
• Consult on best-practice solution design.
• Own and deliver assigned Salesforce projects.
• Work with multi-discipline teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support business users and drive process improvements and tool adoption.

Requirements

• Recent commercial experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Project management and solution design skills.
• Strong data interrogation, problem-solving, and end-user support skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to work onsite in the Crewe office Monday to Friday.
