Director/Sr, Finance (Manufacturing Technology)

Location: Hiram, Ohio, US, with Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as an alternate option

What you will do

• Own the global P&L for the Industrial Material Solutions Division, representing approximately $160 million in annual revenue.
• Act as a strategic finance partner and adviser to division leadership on investments, initiatives, and business performance.
• Lead FP&A, management reporting, KPI variance analysis, operating reviews, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with Operations, Product Management, R&D, and other functions on pricing, margin performance, project analytics, and investment reviews.
• Prepare executive summaries, business cases, deal models, and M&A diligence analyses.
• Support reporting automation, management systems projects, and the integrity and timeliness of the month-end close.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• More than 10 years of experience as a finance leader, including global-scale experience in manufacturing or manufacturing technology.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with SAP, OneStream, and Power BI is preferred.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; the position is subject to ITAR-controlled information requirements.
