TL;DR

Location: Denton, Texas, USA; domestic travel required approximately 20%; work includes visiting manufacturing and plant locations.

What you will do
- Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and financial reporting across multiple business units, regions, and manufacturing sites.
- Develop financial strategies, operating plans, long-range models, KPIs, and performance targets with executive leadership.
- Provide financial guidance for investments, acquisitions, restructuring, expansion, and capital allocation decisions.
- Analyze revenue, margins, costs, working capital, cash flow, inventory, labor efficiency, material utilization, and plant performance.
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, operations, commercial, and regional finance teams on profitability, pricing, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global FP&A organization while improving reporting, analytics, automation, dashboards, and process governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership in a global manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning for a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and operational performance metrics.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial planning tools; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, financial analysis, leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent advanced qualification.
