Vice President, Care Team Operations

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $250,000–$270,000 annually

hirify.global is a digital health company using AI Digital Twin technology, clinical care teams, and data from wearable devices and member logs to improve metabolic health, diabetes, and obesity outcomes.

What you will do

• Own hiring profiles, recruiting benchmarks, onboarding, training infrastructure, competency development, and career ladders for nursing, medical assistant, coaching, and related care-team roles.
• Build and operate performance-management systems using Action Quality and Care Quality metrics, scorecards, audits, calibration, coaching, and escalation paths.
• Develop and validate demand-per-member models that estimate care-team effort according to member complexity and connect those estimates to staffing and capacity planning.
• Define population-specific attributes for partners, care models, languages, acuity levels, and program cohorts.
• Design, document, version, and govern care-team SOPs, SLAs, and workflow algorithms in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Manage leaders across hiring and training, performance management, workload modeling, and SOP/SLA design while partnering with HR, Finance, Analytics, and Clinical Service Operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership, including direct management of multidisciplinary clinical teams at scale, such as 250+ FTEs or 50,000+ lives.
• Ownership of performance-management systems, including metrics, scorecards, audits, calibration, and leveling.
• Experience building workload or demand models that account for case or member complexity.
• Experience designing and governing SOPs, SLAs, and the algorithms or systems that operationalize them in workqueue, ticketing, or clinical-workflow platforms.
• Strong hiring, training, onboarding, financial, operational, and people-leadership experience; clinical literacy is required.

Nice to have

• 5+ years in digital health, value-based care, chronic or metabolic care.
• RN or other clinical license.
• Experience with Operational Workflows, Product Deliverables, or comparable workforce and clinical-workflow tools.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled tools for operational workflows and performance scoring.
• Ability to build independently with Claude.
