What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact for English- and Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide timely, thoughtful support and resolve customer questions and issues.
• Make outbound calls to engage customers and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve proactive customer care.
• Own customer-care projects from planning through execution and reporting.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Dutch are required.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early, late, and overnight schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and hands-on when solving problems.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to apply new knowledge quickly.
