Client Service Executive - UK (FX Hedging)

What you will do

• Guide clients from registration and onboarding through KYC approval, platform setup, first payment, and first trade.
• Contact and follow up with new inbound clients and re-engage approved or dormant clients.
• Coordinate communication between clients, partners, Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Payments, Trading, and Operations.
• Handle routine payment, settlement, onboarding, and operational queries, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide basic platform demonstrations and refresher sessions.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and coordinate routine reporting.

Requirements

• Excellent client-service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple requests.
• Confidence working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and coordinate them through to resolution.
• Basic understanding of FX products, payments, trading processes, and KYC is beneficial.
• Previous CRM experience is helpful.
