Client Service Executive (FX Hedging)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Guide clients from registration and KYC approval through platform setup, first payment, and first trade.
• Contact inbound clients, follow up on onboarding progress, and re-engage approved or dormant clients.
• Coordinate client and partner communication with KYC, Compliance, Sales, Partnerships, Payments, Trading, and Operations.
• Handle routine payment, settlement, onboarding, and operational queries, escalating issues when needed.
• Provide basic platform demonstrations and refresher sessions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate routine client reporting.

Requirements

• Excellent client-service and communication skills.
• Highly organised, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple requests.
• Confidence working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and coordinate them through to resolution.
• Junior-to-mid-level operational experience; this is not a commission-based sales role.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of FX products, payments, trading processes, and KYC.
• Previous CRM experience.
