Structured Products Sales Support (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of structured products transactions on the ELUS platform, from pricing and execution through post-trade processing and settlement.
• Coordinate with brokers, issuers, custodian banks, internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Provide first-line support for trade-related and technical matters and manage incidents through resolution.
• Process primary and secondary market client orders, review term sheets, and support sales follow-ups.
• Analyze trade execution data, monitor financial markets and industry developments, and prepare weekly investment summaries for clients.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German are required.
• Recent graduate with a self-motivated, hands-on approach and strong platform skills.
• Ability to research and resolve partner and vendor queries and take ownership of incidents end-to-end.
• Professional technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Ability to identify root causes, improve internal processes, and contribute to product and user-experience improvements.
