Junior Relationship Manager (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Develop a client network of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the Italian-speaking market.
• Advise clients and prospects on a range of products and services.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and overall wealth, responding to changes in the business environment.
• Manage a book of clients and take responsibility for the client experience.
• Coordinate investment fiduciary, credit, and banking specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build internal and external referral relationships and identify business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar banking position with a track record of developing a client book.
• Ability to build strong relationships and attract new clients in the Italian-speaking market.
• Existing network of potential clients.
• Client-focused approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong motivation.
• Fluency in Italian and English with effective communication skills.

• Knowledge of German.
