What you will do

• Support sales representatives and respond to customer enquiries.
• Create project, service, sales, and purchase orders in SAP.
• Prepare offers, order confirmations, contracts, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate hirify.global internal and third-party purchasing, supplier invoices, and customer invoicing.
• Manage order completion in SAP, including technical closure, returns, complaints, and credit notes.

Requirements

• Previous experience and knowledge of SAP.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Experience in sales or purchasing.
• Strong communication, writing, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to read technical documentation, use MS Office, work under pressure, and achieve business results.
