What you will do
- Lead outbound shift operations across picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Area Managers and support staffing and readiness for teams of 50+ people.
- Own safety, quality, productivity, labor management, and outbound KPI performance.
- Work with Automation, OpEx, HR, IT, and Transport teams to solve operational challenges and align resources.
- Implement new processes, tools, and automated systems while driving standardization and continuous improvement.
- Support peak operations, weekends, and holidays with hands-on problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in outbound operations, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing teams of 50+ people in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- High school leaving exam (Abitur/Matura) or higher education.
- Proficiency in English and at least conversational-level Czech.
- Availability for regular Monday–Friday business hours, with occasional Saturdays for operational needs.
Nice to have
- University degree or MBA in a related field.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with WMS tools and high-volume automated picking and dispatch operations.
