Supply Chain Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role based in Brno, Czech Republic; work from home three days per week and attend the modern office on other days.

What you will do

• Manage supply chain operations and maintain high customer service levels across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Service Teams, Distribution Centres, Product Companies, Sales Teams, Planning Teams, and Controlling Teams.
• Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, manage escalations, and develop alternative solutions when commitments are at risk.
• Lead materials management activities for EMEA satellite plants and optimize inventory levels, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze supply chain data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational and business performance.
• Ensure supply chain activities comply with hirify.global’s Business Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Customer Care or Supply Chain within a manufacturing company.
• Experience delivering results in projects, logistics, or supply chain management, with sound business knowledge and financial acumen.
• A relevant university degree in Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM systems is desirable.
• Proactive, self-organized, results-driven approach with strong communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Czech or other additional language skills.
• Knowledge of world-class supply chain management principles and their implementation.
