Production Team Leader

Location: Buckingham, United Kingdom; onsite production role

Salary: £39,215 per year plus shift allowance. Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a production team from onboarding through operational excellence.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and maintain a clean, compliant, hazard-free production environment.
• Own production processes and quality standards while ensuring products meet required benchmarks.
• Coordinate communication across shifts and departments, including clear handovers.
• Monitor performance, solve problems, improve processes, and manage production resources to achieve People, Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost KPIs.
• Support production planning, ERP/MES adoption, data-driven decision-making, cost control, waste reduction, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in leading and developing production teams.
• Strong customer focus, collaboration, communication, and accountability.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, high standards, and adapting to change.
• Ability to use performance metrics, visual management, and digital production tools to guide decisions.
• Ability to work onsite in Buckingham, United Kingdom, Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00.
