Production Team Leader (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Lead production operators manufacturing filtration devices in a cleanroom environment.
• Manage production activities to meet OEE and output targets.
• Ensure manufacturing processes remain fully compliant.
• Escalate, evaluate, and resolve production issues through Live DIVE.
• Document production issues and corrective actions in the QMS system.
• Use hirify.global Business System tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading a team in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of QMS processes and experience working to ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 standards.

Nice to have

• Experience using Oracle, Veeva, and Magic systems.
