Manufacturing Supervisor (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing employees while building an accountable, high-performing culture.
• Oversee daily production activities to deliver products safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
• Monitor performance, resolve production issues, and remove operational barriers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and employee experience.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Programmes to support business objectives and customer commitments.
• Champion health, safety, regulatory compliance, and expected workplace standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations supervisory role.
• Experience managing production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong people leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance operational priorities with high standards of quality and safety.
• Experience using manufacturing performance metrics and KPIs to drive results.
• Working knowledge of health and safety requirements in manufacturing.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting new product introduction activities.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.
