Analog / RF & mmWave Senior Principal Test Engineer (Automotive Radar)

What you will do

• Develop industrial hardware and software test solutions for automotive radar products in mass production.
• Support design teams during new product development and contribute to Design for Test features.
• Define test strategies, develop test programs, and design ATE hardware and RF/mmWave loadboards.
• Prepare test setups for formal product qualification and release into mass production.
• Balance electrical performance, quality, time-to-market, cost, and business impact while managing risks and priorities.
• Collaborate with partners across organizational and geographical boundaries in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in analog, RF, and mmWave test development using ATE systems.
• Experience with analog and RF/mmWave PCB design for ATE loadboards and contacting technology selection.
• Knowledge of analog and RF/mmWave measurement techniques, design for testability, and quality screening techniques.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required for operating in a global environment.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions with incomplete information and represent technical expertise outside the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Advantest and Smartest8.
• Digital and high-speed digital test experience.
