Staff RF Design Engineer (CMOS/RF)

Location: Neuchâtel, Switzerland; 4 days onsite

What you will do

• Lead the design, simulation, and optimization of baseband and RF blocks.
• Work on CMOS IC design at both block and system level across sub-GHz to 2.4 GHz bands.
• Conduct laboratory measurements and characterize radio performance.
• Provide automated test equipment support and contribute to regulatory compliance assessments.
• Help evolve LoRa and LoRaWAN system architecture for connected devices.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: LDOs, regulators, bandgap references, power-on-reset circuits, ADCs, LNAs, mixers, filters, or power amplifiers.
• Experience with RF or CMOS IC design and a strong problem-solving, collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD with 5+ years of experience.
• RC and crystal oscillator design experience.
• Knowledge of ESD protection strategies.
• Mixed-mode simulation experience with Symphony or an equivalent tool.
• Experience with SiWave, HFSS, or EMX electromagnetic simulation tools; French is a plus.
