VP of Operations (Automotive)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States; domestic travel of at least 50% required

What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight of fleet management and yield optimization.
• Drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational execution in alignment with headquarters.
• Lead succession planning, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Oversee office leases and property management.
• Lead expansion and construction initiatives, town halls, and employee communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in business development, automotive, or a similar field, including at least 5 years in senior-level management.
• Experience with team-based project management, P&L management, and KPI-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, organizational, and planning skills.
• Experience serving premium customers and maintaining high service standards.
• Authorization to work in the United States without company-sponsored work authorization, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and willingness to travel domestically at least 50%.
