SVP, Consumer Lending

Location: HQ - San Diego, CA, United States

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets of 17.5% cash and 17.5% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own full P&L performance across Auto, Marine, and Unsecured Lending, covering growth, credit quality, and profitability.
• Lead national field sales teams and scale indirect lending through dealer, retailer, and embedded financing partnerships.
• Grow Marine retail partnerships and expand financing opportunities.
• Oversee Unsecured Lending digital performance, including application funnel conversion and customer experience.
• Partner with Product and Technology to improve digital capabilities and enrollment.
• Set growth strategy, maintain underwriting and portfolio standards with Credit and Risk, and report performance to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of experience in consumer lending and 7+ years in senior leadership with P&L ownership.
• Experience in indirect/dealer lending, retail partnerships, or unsecured consumer lending.
• Experience leading field-based sales teams and managing partner channels.
• Strong digital lending, conversion optimization, credit, pricing, and portfolio management experience.
• Ability to work at the San Diego, California headquarters; employment eligibility is verified through the U.S. E-Verify program.
