Senior Product Lead – Source to Pay (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define the global product vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for end-to-end Procure-to-Pay.
• Modernize and scale enterprise tools supporting procurement, supplier management, sourcing, and accounts payable.
• Harmonize global accounting, tax, and procurement requirements into streamlined digital workflows.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and technical consultants to automate processes.
• Drive integrations across ERP systems, third-party vendor platforms, and banking portals.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional agile squads.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise financial systems engineering or fintech product portfolios, with emphasis on global supply chains or procurement.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise ERP platforms such as JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience with P2P platforms such as Coupa or Jaggaer and Intake/Orchestration platforms such as Zip or ORO.
• Expertise in multi-entity transactions, localized global compliance standards, and SOX internal controls.
• Strong structural problem-solving skills and experience transforming complex administrative processes into digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
