Product Owner (Oracle Finance)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; travel up to 10% as required.

Base annual salary: $80,800–$111,100.

What you will do

• Own the CLS Finance systems portfolio and associated finance business processes.
• Support product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization across business and technical constraints.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, automate work, and enhance systems.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and prioritized work items.
• Manage finance master data governance, system requests, issue resolution, compliance controls, and enhancements.
• Guide Oracle ERP transformation initiatives, change adoption, and implementation of new capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Oracle Finance systems or comparable ERP finance applications.
• Functional knowledge of shared services, Finance operations, or global enabling services organizations.
• Experience in cross-cultural, cross-functional, and fast-paced project environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical and process solutions.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills required.
