Deployment Strategist (AI): Designing and delivering enterprise AI-agent deployments from pilot through production launch with an accent on customer workflows, integrations, migrations, and adoption strategy. Focus on building production AI agents, troubleshooting code and API interactions, and translating field learnings into product improvements.
Location: London, United Kingdom; on-site
Salary: £115K–£210K per year, plus equity

What you will do
- Own customer engagements from pilot through production launch, designing deployments that fit customer workflows and scale adoption.
- Design and build AI agents on ’s platform.
- Advise customers on AI strategy and help them adopt and scale AI.
- Design and execute migration plans that minimize disruption and support seamless platform adoption.
- Configure integrations and ship bug fixes and product changes in customer-facing environments.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to turn field learnings into repeatable processes and product improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant product, engineering, consulting, or founder role.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on ability to read and troubleshoot production code, analyze code paths, database state, and API requests and responses using infrastructure and browser developer tools.
- Working knowledge of APIs, REST, IAM, and SQL for data analysis.
- Experience writing production code and working with enterprise customers or complex technical sales cycles.
