EMEA HR Compliance Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Operationalize HR programs and processes in line with local employment regulations and laws.
• Lead cross-functional HR compliance programs, policy initiatives, process improvements, and country expansion activities.
• Research regional compliance requirements and coordinate reviews with Legal, Privacy, HR, and other compliance functions.
• Draft and audit employment policies, procedures, process guides, training materials, and executive summaries.
• Manage occupational health and safety requirements, record retention schedules, risk escalation programs, and employee training.
• Analyze workforce and HRIS data, support data quality audits, and contribute to SOX/SOC controls, government reporting, and audits.

Requirements

• BS, BA, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in human resource compliance or employment law.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects.
• Experience conducting data quality audits or improving HRIS data quality.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, processes, and business outcomes.
• Ability to work in a largely virtual team across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Multilingual communication skills.
• Master’s degree in HR, I/O Psychology, MBA, or JD.
• Experience with global HR compliance obligations and legal requirements in non-English-speaking countries.
• Experience with GDPR, works councils, time tracking, gender pay gap requirements, equality plans, or employment equity reports.
