Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications (Manufacturing): Leading enterprise and employee communications strategies, executive messaging, town halls, and Power Systems communications with an accent on employee engagement, organizational change, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on developing enterprise communication plans, advising senior leaders, managing communication channels and calendars, and measuring communication effectiveness.
Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 office days per week in Glendale, Wisconsin, United States
Salary: $102,500–$130,550 per year

What you will do
- Lead enterprise-wide communication strategies, messaging, plans, and the enterprise communications calendar.
- Own internal and employee communications to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Advise executive and senior leaders on communications supporting business priorities and organizational change.
- Lead communications for town halls, leadership meetings, employee events, engagement initiatives, and large-scale change programs.
- Direct communications strategy and execution for Power Systems, partnering with business leaders on updates, messaging, and employee engagement.
- Measure communication effectiveness and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive corporate, employee, internal, or enterprise communications experience.
- Experience leading large-scale communications initiatives and programs.
- Experience building communications strategies and partnerships with executive and cross-functional leaders.
- Experience managing enterprise communication platforms and communication calendars.
- Experience with change management, employee engagement communications, executive communications, and leadership events.
