Location: Lynn, Massachusetts territory, with postings also listed in Boston and Lowell, United States. The role includes in-person and virtual visits to healthcare-provider offices and mental health community centers, periodic domestic travel, and occasional overnight travel.
Salary: $79,000–$155,000 base pay per year, plus eligibility for incentive programs.

What you will do
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed forecasts within the assigned territory.
- Call on healthcare-professional offices and mental health community centers in person and virtually.
- Build compliant, customer-focused discussions using product and disease-state knowledge.
- Develop local strategic and tactical plans with the Regional Business Manager and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze local markets, customer needs, formulary opportunities, and performance metrics to guide resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate sales-call, expense, sample, work-hour, and customer-objective records.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant healthcare sales, account management, business-to-business sales, or recently transitioned active-duty military experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Ability to communicate technical information, establish customer relationships, analyze data, and adapt to changing virtual and telemedicine environments.
- Strong integrity, initiative, judgment, collaboration, decision-making, and customer-centricity.
- Ability to work occasional meetings outside normal hours and travel domestically as required.
Nice to have
- Three or more years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar sales experience.
- Clinical experience and knowledge of neuroscience or the pharmaceutical industry.
