Medical Science Liaison – NYC, Long Island (Dermatology)

Location: New York City and Long Island, USA; US and Puerto Rico residents only. Field-based role with local, regional, and national travel of up to approximately 50%. No relocation.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, decision makers, professional organizations, and patient advocacy groups.
• Conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue and present clinical data on dermatology products to healthcare professionals, investigators, and academic institutions.
• Support scientific communication plans, medical materials, investigator-initiated studies, and investigator selection and site performance activities.
• Provide scientific training for commercial and internal colleagues and support speaker training and advisory boards.
• Represent the organization at regional and national medical meetings, gather real-world insights, and share findings with internal stakeholders.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in accordance with applicable policies and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent education.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in dermatology; allergy/immunology experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of clinical research methodologies and the ability to independently evaluate and translate scientific material.
• Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident and able to meet local, regional, and national travel and credentialing requirements.
