Salary: $146,250–$211,250 per year

What you will do

  • Conduct scientific and medical exchanges with dermatology KOLs, healthcare providers, payers, patients, and other external stakeholders regarding Dupilumab and the therapeutic area.
  • Build and maintain long-term peer relationships, stakeholder engagement plans, and a tracking database for a base of approximately 50 stakeholders.
  • Gather, document, and communicate field insights that inform medical messages, strategy, research opportunities, and product development.
  • Support scientific congresses, educational meetings, local advisory boards, speaker training, and responses to unsolicited medical information requests.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Commercial Operations, Business Development, and Regulatory teams on evidence planning, product evaluations, positioning, and compliance.
  • Support clinical, epidemiologic, surveillance, pharmacovigilance, effectiveness, and investigator-sponsored studies, including identifying data-collection opportunities and potential trial sites.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a technical, scientific, or medical field, such as MD, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, or an equivalent advanced clinical degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical, or medical affairs industry.
  • Clear understanding of medical practice, clinical decision-making, healthcare systems, and research study design and execution.
  • Ability to interpret scientific data and translate it for educational and research needs, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary teams and managing a significant volume of projects.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a complete background check.

Nice to have

  • MSL or other field-based scientific engagement experience.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and codes of practice, particularly for non-promotional activities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory and payer environments, public health, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and working knowledge of English as a second language.
