Senior Medical Science Liaison - Immunology (Dermatology) Long Island, NY

Location: Central Islip, New York, United States, supporting the Long Island territory, including Nassau and Suffolk counties and nearby Queens or Brooklyn. The role involves up to 70% travel for in-territory visits, meetings, congresses, and related events.

Base pay: $137,000–$235,750 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy and medical objectives.
• Conduct two-way, non-promotional scientific exchanges with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and provider teams.
• Translate complex clinical evidence into clear, balanced education tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Collect actionable insights on treatment trends, unmet needs, risks, and educational gaps to inform medical strategy and asset planning.
• Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies, research inquiries, and internal research and grant processes.
• Collaborate with MSL, R&D, clinical operations, US and Global Medical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Doctorate-level degree or equivalent experience, such as PharmD, PhD, MD, or Advanced Practice Provider; post-graduate experience is required for doctoral-level candidates.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated success as an MSL.
• Strong scientific and therapeutic expertise, including research, data analysis, clinical knowledge, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and collaboration.
• Ability to support the assigned Long Island territory with up to 70% travel.
• Valid US driver’s license preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, computers, and remote technologies.
