Director - Change Management - Evernorth - Hybrid

Location: Newton, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid. Travel may be required up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $160,900–$268,100 annually, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead change management execution for a new adjudication platform and related operating model changes.
• Coordinate training, communications, sales enablement, SOP updates, readiness activities, and adoption plans.
• Partner with business, operations, BPO, product, technology, client, sales, legal, compliance, regulatory, and service stakeholders.
• Develop role-based training strategies, learning plans, knowledge checks, train-the-trainer materials, and readiness support.
• Create stakeholder messaging, leadership updates, FAQs, talking points, engagement forums, and client-facing enablement materials.
• Track readiness, training completion, stakeholder sentiment, adoption risks, decisions, dependencies, and actions across migration and go-live waves.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including change management, transformation adoption, training, communications, sales enablement, business readiness, operational readiness, or large-scale implementation programs.
• Experience designing or overseeing role-based training, train-the-trainer models, job aids, SOP updates, knowledge content, and user adoption support.
• Ability to lead workstreams, manage dependencies and timelines, influence matrixed stakeholders, and escalate risks with clear recommendations.
• Experience partnering with sales, account management, operations, product, technology, legal/compliance, regulatory, and client-facing teams.
• Understanding of PBM workflows, claims adjudication, benefit setup, client configuration, operational controls, SOPs, or healthcare operations is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience creating change strategies, stakeholder maps, change impact assessments, adoption plans, readiness scorecards, and measurement approaches.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for senior leaders, client-facing teams, and operational audiences.
• Comfort leading through ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
