Manager, Enterprise Technology Adoption (Workday/UKG)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; remote work with occasional onsite attendance

Salary: $155,700–$171,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise technology adoption strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Workday and UKG.
• Coordinate release readiness, communications, learning, and enablement activities for application changes.
• Develop role-based training, knowledge content, digital guidance, and self-service support with learning and functional teams.
• Partner with product owners, business leaders, technical teams, communications, and support teams to improve adoption and employee experience.
• Define and monitor adoption metrics, KPIs, engagement, and platform utilization to prioritize improvements.
• Establish governance practices, champion networks, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise training, technology adoption, change management, or enablement initiatives.
• Experience defining user-readiness and enablement strategies and developing learning or performance-support resources.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and adoption methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or CCMP.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, reporting, and KPI measurement skills.
• Experience with governance, champion networks, feedback mechanisms, and digital adoption tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting adoption of enterprise SaaS platforms such as HRIS, ERP, or workforce management systems, including Workday or UKG.
• Experience with Whatfix or other Digital Adoption Platforms.
• Experience using analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools to measure user engagement.
