Project Manager - Digital Health & Wellness Team (Digital Health)

Location: Hybrid onsite in Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts, with office attendance 3 days per week

Salary: $104,900–$137,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead projects involving service deliverables and technology solutions.
• Work with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• Assess project scope and the team’s ability to execute.
• Translate organizational strategy into detailed execution plans.
• Communicate objectives, plans, project status, and results clearly.
• Recommend solutions, solve problems, and drive alignment across teams and organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience managing medium-to-complex projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and delivery leadership skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or a similar qualification.
