Director, Global Content Production (Life Sciences)

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $195,880.80–$265,015.20 annually

What you will do

• Lead a global content production operations team across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Establish the operating model, governance framework, service levels, workflows, and production controls.
• Oversee thousands of annual production projects across web, CRM, Veeva, digital, print, localization, modular content, and omnichannel channels.
• Build partnerships with Content Excellence, Brand, Technology, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Manage global agencies, creative partners, localization providers, vendors, budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Scale automation, modular content, GenAI, and AI-enabled production solutions while improving efficiency, reuse, quality, and speed.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 4 years, master’s degree plus 7 years, or bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of experience in global content production operations, content supply chain management, and digital or omnichannel content delivery.
• Strong project, stakeholder, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience translating strategy into implementation plans and tracking operational performance.
• Experience working with agencies, operations teams, and brand teams in matrixed environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead change, and drive continuous operational improvement.
• Role is remote within the United States; sponsorship is not guaranteed.
