Sr Director - Product Development and Integration - Evernorth (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, Newton, Massachusetts, United States; travel may be required up to 75% of the time.

Annual salary: $182,900–$304,900, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead teams responsible for product development and integration of newly acquired adjudication technology.
• Set strategy, priorities, and operating rhythms for product development, integration, implementation planning, and product support readiness.
• Translate business priorities, regulatory needs, operational requirements, and North Star capabilities into integrated product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Oversee business requirements, capability definitions, feature decomposition, acceptance criteria, integration needs, and traceability.
• Coordinate enterprise integration across platforms, downstream processes, data, reporting, controls, client migrations, and support models.
• Track dependencies, risks, decisions, readiness, and delivery progress while partnering with change management, training, implementation, and support teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience required.
• Experience leading product development, business product ownership, enterprise integration, technology enablement, operational transformation, large-scale implementation, or platform modernization programs.
• Strong communication, executive presence, storytelling, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, workstreams, dependencies, timelines, issues, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Understanding of PBM workflows, claims adjudication, benefit setup, pricing, client configuration, operational controls, downstream integration, or healthcare operations is preferred.
