Personal Banker - Bilingual Polish (Banking)

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing and grow revenue.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through personalized branch experiences.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options, technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems, follow banking procedures, manage risk, and support accurate branch operations.

Requirements

• Polish-speaking ability is required.
• Typically, 3+ years of related experience or banking product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, customer service, and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and manage risk.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable financial protection regulations.
