What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to increase loyalty and revenue.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build relationships through ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options using available technology, tools, and resources.
• Manage customer problems, risk controls, policies, and daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage risk and follow established policies and procedures.
• Must work in the Sandy Springs branch; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
