Specialist Costing Winter Sport Operations H/F (Manufacturing Finance)

Location: Annecy, France; position based in Annecy

hirify.global is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, producing footwear, apparel, skis, bindings, and outdoor equipment.

What you will do

• Manage the standard costing process for Alpine footwear and bindings across hirify.global, Atomic, and Armada.
• Conduct product standard cost studies and analyze cost evolution by brand.
• Coordinate budgeting assumptions, consolidate operational data, and maintain cost consistency across management systems.
• Develop costing dashboards to monitor KPIs, identify variances, and support decision-making.
• Support monthly manufacturing closing, production variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or BAC+5 in Business Administration, Finance, or Management Control.
• At least 3 years of Management Control experience in an industrial environment, including internships and apprenticeships.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Required proficiency in PDM software and SAP.
• English proficiency at C1 level required.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
