What you will do
- Build and manage central budgets across a portfolio of Prestige brands.
- Provide P&L visibility and financial insights for brand strategy, investment, innovation, and marketing decisions.
- Evaluate ROI, develop business cases, and analyze profitability and gross-margin drivers.
- Challenge production, merchandising, and marketing costs to improve efficiency and value creation.
- Support transformation, change-management, and cross-functional projects across Finance and Global Brands.
- Partner with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, and other business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance and proven experience in Finance roles.
- Experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Skincare, Cosmetics, Luxury, or similar FMCG industries.
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering and investment-return evaluation.
- Strong commercial judgment, analytical, valuation, and portfolio-management skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Power BI, or similar financial systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, data-analysis, and business-storytelling capabilities.
