Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements across digital transformation, technology, digital commerce, data and AI, customer experience, enterprise applications, and business transformation.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, governance, resource planning, and delivery against business objectives.
• Maintain integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, governance frameworks, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, changes, stakeholder expectations, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client workshops, steering committees, governance meetings, planning sessions, and executive status reviews.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, coach junior project managers, and support business development and change management activities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience delivering digital transformation, technology, business, enterprise application, digital commerce, data and AI, or customer experience initiatives.
• Experience leading end-to-end client projects and multidisciplinary delivery teams in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, risk and dependency management, financial tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, computer science, project management, or a related discipline; professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise applications, digital commerce, data and analytics, AI, cloud, ERP, CRM, customer experience, supply chain, or enterprise platform programmes.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Planner, or similar tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master, SAFe, or change management certifications.
• Knowledge of Dutch or additional European languages.
