Learning Reporting Expert (Power BI)

Location: Hybrid (remote/office) in Bucharest, Romania; Prague, Czechia; Warsaw, Poland; or Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Build reliable learning reports using data from the hirify.global Learning Platform and manage platform security rights.
• Prepare audited external reporting, including data for the annual report and ESG fact sheet.
• Handle ad hoc reports containing sensitive user data and maintain Excel-based reporting and data-quality controls.
• Manage interfaces with external training and learning suppliers.
• Reallocate €1–1.5 million in monthly learning costs to participant cost centers, including purchase order and invoice management.
• Lead the migration from SELP to Cornerstone Workforce AI and create reporting for Performance and Talent Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR reporting, learning analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, learning management system data structures, and financial cost center tracking.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate and SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• English language skills are required.
