Commission Analyst

What you will do

• Execute, calculate, and deliver monthly and quarterly variable compensation payouts for multiple international teams.
• Resolve complex compensation inquiries for the field organization with a customer-centric approach.
• Administer incentive changes and strategic SPIFF plans approved by leadership.
• Manage the compensation platform, including data tables, reporting metrics, and calculation logic.
• Partner with leadership and internal audit teams to provide performance metrics and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting variable compensation and incentive-based plans, preferably in a technology environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for handling large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and a record of meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent inclusive communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with incentive compensation management platforms, particularly Everstage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
