Data Analyst (Sales Commission)

What you will do

• Execute, calculate, and deliver monthly and quarterly variable compensation payouts for multiple international sales teams.
• Resolve complex compensation inquiries for the field organization with a supportive, customer-focused approach.
• Administer dynamic incentive changes, including leadership-approved SPIFF plans.
• Manage the compensation platform, maintaining accurate data tables, reporting metrics, and calculation logic.
• Partner with leadership and internal audit teams to provide current performance metrics and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in handling large data sets with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and a record of meeting strict deadlines while managing requests laterally and upwards.
• Excellent, inclusive communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience managing or supporting variable compensation and incentive-based plans, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience with specialized incentive compensation management platforms, especially Everstage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
