Director, Client Coding Integration (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define and implement enterprise-level coding integration strategies aligned with corporate objectives and client expectations.
• Partner with senior executives and client leadership to establish integration priorities and objectives.
• Develop coding integration policies, standards, and best practices across multiple teams.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
• Lead resolution of high-impact integration challenges and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Optimize coding workflows through cross-functional collaboration and develop long-term resource and talent plans.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership experience in client coding integration or revenue cycle management operations.
• Ability to align integration strategies with corporate objectives, regulatory compliance, and client expectations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives, client leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing policies, standards, best practices, and resource strategies.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.
