Sr. Director, Site Engagement (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for site- and study-operations functions across the OneR research network.
• Build trusted relationships with community practices, investigators, physicians, and research leaders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Site Network Manager team and additional operational staff.
• Design scalable site-support, onboarding, training, and capability-development models based on site maturity, performance, and growth needs.
• Launch and stabilize new or expanding site-level research programs, including infrastructure, staffing, workflows, milestones, and operating plans.
• Improve readiness, enrollment, study delivery, quality, financial sustainability, and resolution of operational barriers while reporting actionable performance insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of clinical research experience with significant site-level leadership experience, preferably in oncology.
• Hands-on experience as a site research manager or site director is required.
• Experience with patient enrollment strategy, patient recruitment, and management or support of multiple research sites or regions.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and site-level financial and operational requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, partnership-building, and change-management skills.
