Managing Director - Oil and Gas

Location: Colorado, United States; office workplace

Salary: $125,000–$255,000 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for an incentive compensation plan

What you will do

• Manage strategic relationships and financing activities with U.S. oil and gas clients across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
• Identify market developments, policy changes, energy transition trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Build and manage senior-level client relationships and provide strategic financial and industry advice.
• Lead client coverage teams delivering integrated lending, capital markets, cash management, and derivatives solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, credit, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver banking services and resolve issues.
• Ensure transactions meet regulatory, environmental, and internal risk standards while overseeing portfolio risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of industry-specific experience in a sales role.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing relationships and developing business in the oil and gas sector.

Nice to have

• Seven or more years of energy, oil and gas sales experience.
• Upstream oil and gas experience.
