Base salary: $169,400–$314,600 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Lead a team of sales professionals and drive sales strategies for assigned capital markets products and transactions.
• Develop and manage selected client and investor relationships while delivering a strong client experience.
• Partner with sales, relationship management, investment banking, trading, and internal service teams to deliver complex capital markets solutions.
• Assess client objectives and market conditions to recommend appropriate solutions and optimize client coverage.
• Coordinate product development, structuring, marketing, and distribution activities to generate new business.
• Coach and develop the sales organization while enforcing risk, regulatory, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience and at least 5 years of management experience.
• Proven leadership experience with moderate to large scope of responsibility.
• Capital markets, financial analysis, corporate finance, investment, trading, and client relationship expertise.
• Required FINRA licenses depend on the business area, including SIE, Series 7 or 52, and Series 63; applicable licenses must be obtained within 90–180 days of employment.
