Manager Branch III (Banking)

Location: Woodland Hills, California, US; hybrid sales role with in-office work

Salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Manage the branch, its client portfolio, sales performance, service quality, credit quality, and risk controls.
• Lead, coach, recruit, train, and develop branch colleagues while supporting retention and career growth.
• Acquire new personal and small-business clients and deepen existing relationships through advice, referrals, networking, and community presence.
• Drive deposits, fee income, loans, lines of credit, and other branch growth objectives.
• Partner with internal specialists and divisions to match clients with suitable banking solutions.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, and Fair Lending Practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of branch management or supervisory experience in a branch environment.
• At least 5 years of lending and business development experience.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and registered or eligible for registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Deep knowledge of personal and small-business banking products, financial statements, tax returns, servicing processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools.
