Director, Product Regional Lead (Fintech)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; the role is based in the Kyiv office

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive Premium and Mass consumer product strategies for the Ukraine market.
• Drive product revenue, manage expenses and vendors, and support contingency planning against revenue targets.
• Provide product expertise throughout sales, contracting, reporting, billing, implementation, and solution utilization.
• Lead client optimization sessions and improve the use of card benefits, loyalty, digital solutions, and consumer value propositions.
• Collaborate with banks, merchants, vendors, MNOs, internal business development, marketing, digital solutions, and CISSEE teams.
• Contribute to CISSEE product strategy, lead Ukraine-focused strategic projects, and manage product milestones and scorecards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 15 years of experience in banking, product management, loyalty and rewards, analytics, card products, or payments.
• Experience developing and launching products or managing loyalty, rewards, or consumer proposition programs in financial services, retail banking, or payments.
• Strong product management, project management, Agile development, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of software development processes, API-driven solutions, and web services technology.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix organization, engage external partners and regulators, and travel as required.
