Payments Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote; conditions list Latvia, the Netherlands, Tallinn, the EU, Kyiv, and Georgia

Salary: 3000–6000 USD per month

What you will do

• Analyze card scheme business processes for payment solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Design interchange and card scheme fee logic.
• Define reconciliation process requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications for development.
• Communicate with Visa and Mastercard and support implementation and solution testing.

Requirements

• Payments industry and fintech domain knowledge.
• Experience with Visa and Mastercard schemes, interchange, and scheme fees.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, and microservices.
• UML, BPMN, and process modeling skills.
• Experience writing functional specifications; proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• English and Russian language skills required.
