What you will do

• Analyze and optimize card scheme business processes.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Design complex interchange and scheme fee logic.
• Define requirements for payment reconciliation processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for development teams.
• Manage direct communication with Visa and Mastercard.

Requirements

• Payments industry domain knowledge is required.
• Proven experience with Visa and Mastercard schemes.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, and microservices architecture.
• Strong skills in UML, BPMN, and process modeling.
• Experience writing functional specifications and using Jira/Confluence.
