Senior Consultant, Digital Solutions (AI)

Location: Parsippany, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $115,000–$145,000 annually, plus incentive bonus

What you will do

• Lead and execute consulting workstreams with limited oversight.
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and develop practical solutions.
• Support digital transformation, data and analytics, AI, technology enablement, and process improvement initiatives.
• Build dashboards, perform data analysis, and use technology tools to solve business problems.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, analyses, recommendations, and supporting documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of consulting, advisory, or transformation experience.
• Experience independently managing workstreams and delivering client-facing results.
• Background in management consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, technology consulting, or data analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with one or more of Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform, SQL, Python, Alteryx, AI-enabled tools, or automation technologies.
• Ability to combine analytical thinking with practical business solutions.

• Experience mentoring junior consultants.
• Interest in emerging AI capabilities and technology-enabled consulting.
