Enterprise Risk Analyst - AI Risk

Location: Remote for residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, or Virginia. Washington residents within reasonable driving distance of Tukwila must work from headquarters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; candidates outside the commute distance may work remotely from an approved state.

Salary: $88,000–$107,500 annual target pay range; full pay range of $68,300–$127,500 annually. Performance-based incentives may also be available.

What you will do

• Assess risks associated with AI, machine learning, generative AI, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Review and validate AI systems, models, tools, data, processes, and controls.
• Support AI governance, oversight, risk monitoring, and enterprise risk management activities.
• Maintain the inventory of AI models, tools, and agents, including registration, classification, monitoring, and periodic reviews.
• Evaluate internally developed and third-party AI solutions for risk, controls, policies, and regulatory alignment.
• Develop risk analyses, testing procedures, dashboards, monitoring tools, reports, and quantitative risk assessments while advising technology, governance, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance, statistics, or another quantitative area, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of applicable enterprise risk or audit experience; 2 years is preferred.
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management principles, and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge or experience in AI risk management, AI governance, model risk management, emerging technology risk, data analytics, and responsible AI regulation.
• Experience with Python, SQL, R, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, GRC platforms, or similar analytical and risk management tools.
• Analytical, research, communication, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, credit unions, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience evaluating AI-related risks, controls, and governance frameworks.
