Consultant - Data and Analytics (Workforce and Managed Care) - Healthcare

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Infrequent travel of up to 20% may be required depending on project and client needs.

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 per year. Final title and compensation depend on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Plan and manage small- to medium-sized client engagements and segments of larger projects.
• Delegate work to junior staff, monitor progress, and review deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional and financial data.
• Prepare client deliverables and contribute to expert reports and presentations.
• Manage client relationships and communicate analytical results.
• Contribute to business development, staff training, recruiting, and practice initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent degree in analytics, computer science, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, econometrics, public health, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience focused on workforce productivity analytics and/or managed care data analytics development.
• Proven capability with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Ability to manage processes and other consultants, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, organizational, and quality-control skills.
• Must be able to verify legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS Access, Alteryx, or Databricks.
• Willingness to expand analytical software and programming capabilities.
